Hmmm. I sort of assumed it was christopher lee because he starred in those Fu Manchu movies. But you could be right!
By the way, I found out the history of that nine-dash map. The map-maker of Fu was eating noodles while he was drawing the map. That u-shaped thing you see fell out of his bowl and dried up on the map.

Christopher Lee… extremely long movie acting career. Movies with Bruce Lee, “James Bond”/Goldfinger movie; in Lord of the Rings… and I think also in Edgar Allan Poe” movies llike “Pit and the Pendulum”.
